E-RUN: ONE STEP – A THOUSAND DREAMS

Each event in Edufit’s 15th Anniversary Journey carries its own unique colors and meaning, yet they all share a common mission spreading human values, connecting communities, and nurturing dreams. Among them, E-Run 2025 stands out as a special highlight, where the spirit of sportsmanship, compassion, and unity shines the brightest.

E-Run 2025 brings together Parents, Teachers, Staff, and Students — both past and present of the Edufit community, along with running enthusiasts from across the country. Beyond being a sporting event, E-Run 2025 carries a deeper purpose: raising funds for the community project “Dream School.”

Every step taken by Edufit’s Parents, Teachers, Staff, and Students, as well as the broader running community, is not only a stride toward completing a race but also a brick of love, helping to build more “Dream Schools” in underprivileged areas starting with the heroic land of Quảng Trị.

Let’s run with Edufit to give, so that every kilometer touches a dream, and every stride helps build the future.

E-RUN RACE REGULATION

1. Performance Criteria
Unit of measurement: Distance (km)
Participants must complete 15 KM within 15 days (the total distance of all valid activities must meet the registered category).

2. Valid Activity Criteria
An activity is considered valid if it:

  • Starts, ends, and is synchronized to the system within the challenge period.

  • Has an average moving pace between 3:30 and 15:00 minutes/km.

  • Covers a minimum total distance of 15 km.

  • Is performed outdoors using GPS tracking.

3. Registration Deadline
Before November 2, 2025.

4. Result Recording

  • Valid activities include running or walking sessions with an average pace between 3:30 and 15:00 minutes per km, synchronized within the challenge period.

  • From November 2 to November 16, 2025, participants must record at least 1 km per session for each activity to be counted as a valid tracklog.

1. Registration

  • Participants must register through the official registration portal of the race.

  • The registration fee does not include personal expenses such as transportation, accommodation, or other personal services.

  • Ticket prices include VAT.

2. Refund – Cancellation – Information Change Policy

📌 Applicable period: From October 12 to November 14, 2025.
After November 11, 2025, no changes of any kind will be accepted.

  • Who can request changes?
    Only participants who registered via the official race registration platform.

3. Transfer of Registration Slots

  • Not supported.

4. Distance Change

  • Not supported.

5. Personal Information Update

  • Free updates are allowed for personal information (name, email, phone number, ID number).

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances where the participant cannot join the race.
